Finish on the BBQ for a delicious charred flavour. Ensure chicken is fully cooked throughout, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat. Preheat non stick frying pan on a medium/high heat for a few minutes. Fry burgers for 12-14 minutes over a medium heat. Turn regularly for even colour.
reheat grill to a medium/high heat. Place burgers under a preheated grill for 12-14 minutes. Turn occasionally for even colour.
