Remove all packaging and set sauce sachet to one side. Heat 5ml oil in a non stick frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for approximately 11 minutes tossing chicken frequently. Add sauce for 1 minute to heat through and toss the chicken in it. Wash hands in clean warm water after handling sachet.
