Chicken Breast (93%), Rapeseed Oil, Garlic Purée, Sugar, Smoked Paprika, Salt, Paprika Flakes, Thyme, Red Chilli Pepper, Cracked Black Pepper, Oregano.
Finish on the BBQ for a delicious charred flavour. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat.

Remove all packaging. Heat 5ml of oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Place the chicken into the pan and fry for approximately 10 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.
Remove all packaging. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place the chicken on the rack of the grill and cook for approximately 14 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.
