Ingredients

  • Moy Park Salt & Chilli Chicken Chunks
  • 1 white onion
  • Spring onion
  • Garlic powder
  • Red & green chilli
  • Red & green pepper
  • Chinese 5 spice
  • Chilli powder
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • White pepper
  • Chilli flakes
  • Olive oil
  • Chips of your choice

Method

  1. While your salt & chilli chicken chunks and chips are cooking in the air fryer you will:
  2. Prepare by thinly slicing your onion, spring onion, chillies and peppers.
  3. For your spice mix, mix together: 1 tbsp Garlic Powder, 1/2 tbsp Chinese 5 spice, 1 tbsp Chilli powder, 1 & 1/2 tbsp Paprika, 2 tbsp Salt, 1 tbsp White pepper, 1/2 tbsp Chilli flakes.
  4. Add all your peppers and white onion to a hot pan with 2 tbsp of oil and let fry for a few minutes.
  5. After a few minutes add 70% of your chillies and spring onion, leaving the rest for garnish.
  6. Cook down for around 5-7 minutes.
  7. Once cooked, add your chips to the pan along with your cooked veg.
  8. Add all your spice mix to the pan and mix well with chips and vegetables.
  9. Once mixed, plate your veg/chips mix and add cooked Salt & Chilli Chunks.
  10. Garish with spring onion and chillies.
  11. Serve with a sauce of your choice (we suggest curry!).
