Ingredients

  • Moy Park Whole Bird broken Down
  • 20ml Oil
  • X1 diced onion
  • X2 garlic cloves
  • X1 chopped red chilli (take out seeds if prefer not too hot)
  • X1 knob of fresh ginger
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • X2 tbsp Garam Masala
  • X1 Tbsp Tumeric
  • X1 Tbsp Cumin
  • Passata 690g
  • Butter 100g
  • Double Cream 100g
  • Chickpeas 240
  • X1 block of frozen spinach

Method

  1. Break down and skin whole chicken then place in large zip lock bag
  2. Fry onion, garlic and chili in oil for 3 or 4 mins on high.
  3. Add spices , passata and butter and cook for 10mins on low.
  4. Add cream, chicken peas and spinach. Cool and set aside.
  5. Once sauce is cooled add to chicken in slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
