Irish Chicken Breast Fillets

Mouth-watering, grade A skinless and boneless chicken breast fillets. Delicious in a myriad of dishes. Available in 400g and 425g packs.

  • Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 190°C/fan 170°C/gas mark 5 for 25-30 minutes.
  • Poultry is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer. If the juices are pink, continue cooking for a few minutes and retest.
  • Whilst every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain. Always wash hands, surfaces and utensils thoroughly after contact with raw meat.

Serving Suggestions

Perfect for a high protein meal. Serve with salty feta cheese and contrasting sweet peach chunks for a healthy, low calorie salad.
