Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 190°C/fan 170°C/gas mark 5 for 25-30 minutes.
Poultry is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer. If the juices are pink, continue cooking for a few minutes and retest.
Whilst every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain. Always wash hands, surfaces and utensils thoroughly after contact with raw meat.
