Hot & Spicy Chicken Wings

Fresh chicken wings with a hot and spicy glaze that is sure to set tongues tingling.

  • To oven cook (from chilled): Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven 190°C/fan 170°C/gas mark 5 for 30-35 minutes.
  • Poultry is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer. If the juices are pink, continue cooking for a few minutes and retest.For really crisp skin continue cooking the wings for a further 5 minutes.
  • To Barbecue: Cook as per oven guidelines, then place on the barbecue for a further 5 minutes, turning frequently. Check food is cooked thoroughly and is piping hot throughout before serving.

Serving Suggestions

Save the after-school stress and serve with a salad, cooling dip and lime wedge. A delicious and healthy choice for a sizzling summer meal.
