Stir fry for best results: Preheat a little oil over a medium heat in a frying pan. Add chicken and stir fry for 7-10 minutes, turning constantly until chicken has browned.
Poultry is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer. If the juices are pink, continue cooking for a few minutes and retest.
