Ingredients

Nugget Waffles with an Orange and Maple Glaze
  • 1 pack of Moy Park Breaded Chicken Nuggets
  • 3 tbps maple syrup
  • 3 tbps wholegrain mustard
  • Grated zest of 1 orange
  • 1 tbps soy sauce
Breaded Chicken Goujons with a Chunky Tomato Salsa
  • 1 pack of Moy Park Breaded Chicken Goujons
  • 5 tomatoes, de-seeeded
  • Handful of fresh coriander
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 lime
  • Olive oil
Southern Fried Chicken Sliders with Pomegranate Mayo
  • 1 pack of Moy Park Southern Fried Chicken Mini Fillets
  • 200g mayonnaise
  • 75g fresh pomegranate seeds
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • Season with salt and pepper

Method

  1. Nugget Waffles with an Orange and Maple Glaze
  2. Cook the Moy Park Breaded Chicken Nuggets according to the instructions on pack.
  3. To make the glaze, mix all of the ingredients together.
  4. Stack the nuggets on to the waffles, cutting the waffles down to the size of the nugget. Drizzle the nuggets with the glaze and secure with a cocktail stick
  5. Breaded Chicken Goujons with a Chunky Tomato Salsa Dip
  6. Cook the Moy Park Breaded Chicken Goujons according to the instructions on pack.
  7. To make the salsa, roughly chop the tomatoes (de-seeded) and coriander, adding in the onion, chillis and garlic finely chopped. Squeeze in the juice from the lime, ad two tbps of olive oil and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Southern Fried Chicken Sliders with Pomegranate Mayo
  9. Cook the Moy Park Southern Fried Breaded Mini Fillets according to the instructions on pack.
  10. To make the mayo, combine all of the ingredients together.
  11. Serve the cooked Mini Fillets on mini brioche sliders, loaded up with the pomegranate mayo.
