- Entrants to the competition must be aged 18 years or over and live in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, England, Scotland or Wales.
- The competition is not open to employees, agents, contractors or consultants of Moy Park Limited (‘Moy Park’), or their families or anyone professionally connected with this promotion. By entering the competition, you confirm that you meet these entry criteria.
- This competition will begin on Monday 29th January 2024. Entries for the competition will end at 11.59pm on Monday 29th April 2024.
- The winning prize bundle includes a pair of Apple Airpods and Hoka Trainers up to the value of £200 or €200. There are 10 individual bundles on offer in the competition. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-upgradeable and no cash alternatives are available. The Promoter reserves the right, however, to award an alternative prize of equal value, in the event of the prize being unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.
- Moy Park is the sole sponsor of the promotion and holds sole responsibility for promotion management.
- This competition is running in stores in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales only.
- To enter the competition, call into one of the following participating stores, purchase any Moy Park product, scan the QR code on pack and enter your details on the Moy Park website: Tesco NI, Tesco ROI, Supervalu NI, Supervalu ROI, Centra & Mace NI, Asda NI, M&S Ireland, Ocado (online), Amazon Fresh (online), Co-op NI, Dunnes Stores, Spar NI, Eurospar NI, Vivo NI and VivoExtra NI, Sainsburys NI and GB, Nisa NI, Russells NI and Costcutter NI.
- To enter the competition, you must provide your full name, phone number, email address, name of store purchased and last four digits of the product code.
- Only one entry is permitted per valid email address. Duplicate entries will be disregarded.
- Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries and under the supervision of an I independent person. The result of the draw is final, and Moy Park will not enter into any correspondence regarding the draw process after the closing date.
- Winners will be contacted within 7 days of the closing date. Moy Park will never send links or ask for any other details not collected on the nomination form.
- MXB Agency, acting on behalf of Moy Park, will contact the winners and the winners will be informed in advance of the prize being delivered to their home address.
- Prize winners may be subject to a full verification process to verify their identity. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the prize if there is any suspicion of fraud.
- In the event that a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 24 hours to the winner notification, an alternative winner will be selected at random from all other valid entries.
- Following the draw and the award of the prizes, the names of the winners will be available on request in writing to hello@moyparkchicken.com.
- No responsibility will be accepted for any entries lost, mislaid, delayed or not included in the draw for any reason whatsoever.
- Entry into this competition shall be deemed to be full and unconditional understanding and acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
