  • 2 brioche baps
  • 2 tblsp of mayo
  • 2 tsp of curry powder
  • 1 tsp of mango chutney
  • 1 handful of shredded cabbage
  • 1 handful of shredded carrot
  • 4 tblsp of chilli jam
  • 1 handful of popodom crisps


  1. Cook the Buttermilk Tenders for 18 mins
  2. Mix shredded cabbage, carrot, mayo, curry powder & mango chutney in a bowl
  3. Toast the buns
  4. Assemble by spreading chilli jam on base and lid. Then add the tenders to the brioche base. Next add the slaw. Followed by the popodoms. Close with brioche lid and serve!
