Perfect for a party and easily prepared in under 10 minutes. These crispy BBQ wings take the stress out of hosting.
20 chicken wings
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp cayenne
½ tsp of salt
100g Louisiana hot sauce
Couple of pinches each of ground black pepper and garlic powder
Place the chicken wings into a large freezer bag with the dry ingredients. Shake until the wings are well coated. Remove from bag and fry at 190°C for 10/15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and then add the hot sauce, pepper and garlic. Stir until it is well combined, then smother your wings with the sauce.
Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks – the classic American accompaniment for Buffalo Wings.
