Easy comfort food, our Loaded Burger recipe is perfect for every sunshine-fuelled event this season! Mouth-watering Moy Park Buttermilk Chicken and BBQ Chicken Chunks, a sweet brioche bun, BBQ sauce and coleslaw - this beauty will sure to impress at any gathering or family dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Moy Park Buttermilk chicken
  • 2 brioche buns
  • 70g Moy Park cooked BBQ chicken breast slices
  • 60g BBQ Sauce of your choice
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 4 slices cooked smoked streaky bacon
  • 4 baby gem lettuce leaves
  • 60g purple coleslaw
  • 4 slices Extra mature cheese

Method

  1. Pre heat over to 200°C/180°C Fan/ Gas 6
  2. Place chicken onto a baking tray and cook in oven for 28-30 minutes
  3. Place BBQ sauce and BBQ chicken in a bowl and mix, set to one side.
  4. Mix the mayonnaise and black pepper in a bowl and set to one side.
  5. Toast buns and spread mayonnaise over them.
  6. Top the base of each bun with half the lettuce and purple slaw.
  7. Place the bbq chicken and sauce in the microwave for 3 minutes to warm.
  8. Top the buttermilk chicken with cheese and cooked bacon and place back into the oven for 2 minutes.
  9. Remove chicken from oven and place on the bun, top with the bbq chicken and lid of the bun and enjoy.
