Ingredients
- 1 pack Moy Park Buttermilk chicken
- 2 brioche buns
- 70g Moy Park cooked BBQ chicken breast slices
- 60g BBQ Sauce of your choice
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 4 slices cooked smoked streaky bacon
- 4 baby gem lettuce leaves
- 60g purple coleslaw
- 4 slices Extra mature cheese
Method
- Pre heat over to 200°C/180°C Fan/ Gas 6
- Place chicken onto a baking tray and cook in oven for 28-30 minutes
- Place BBQ sauce and BBQ chicken in a bowl and mix, set to one side.
- Mix the mayonnaise and black pepper in a bowl and set to one side.
- Toast buns and spread mayonnaise over them.
- Top the base of each bun with half the lettuce and purple slaw.
- Place the bbq chicken and sauce in the microwave for 3 minutes to warm.
- Top the buttermilk chicken with cheese and cooked bacon and place back into the oven for 2 minutes.
- Remove chicken from oven and place on the bun, top with the bbq chicken and lid of the bun and enjoy.
