Salt & Chilli Spice Bag

Everyone is talking about them and now you can make them at home! Make our Spice Bag, and get a mouth-watering explosion of flavour with every bite!

  • 2 tblsp oil
  • 1 sliced brown onion
  • 1/2 sliced red pepper
  • 1/2 sliced red chilli
  • 1/2 tsp 5 spice
  • 2 handfuls of cooked chips
  • 1 pack of Moy Park Salt & Chilli Chicken Chunks
  • 1 tblsp of honey
  • pinch of chopped coriander


  1. Oven cook from frozen: Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven. 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7 for 17 –19 minutes. Adjust times according to your particular oven.
    Air fryer from frozen: Based on domestic air fryers (1400W). Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Place chicken chunks in the air fryer in a single layer and cook for 15 – 17 minutes. Turn halfway through to ensure even cooking. Caution: Do not over fill the air fryer.
  2. Fry peppers, onions and chilli's in oil on high for 3/4 minutes
  3. Add 5 spice, cooked fries and salt & chilli chunks and cook for 1 minute
  4. Add honey and toss for a further minute
  5. Add coriander and serve
