Sweet & Sour Chicken Stir Fry

  • 2 tblsp oil
  • 1 pack stirfry veg
  • 1 pack of Moy Park Tempura Chicken Chunks
  • 1 cup of sweet n sour sauce


  1. Oven cook from frozen: Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven. 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7 for 20 – 22 minutes. Adjust times according to your particular oven.
    Air fryer from frozen: Based on domestic air fryers (1400W). Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Place chicken chunks in the air fryer in a single layer and cook for 15 – 17 minutes. Turn halfway through to ensure even cooking. Caution: Do not over fill the air fryer.
  2. Heat oil in a pan on high.
  3. Add the stir fry veg and cook for 3-4 mins.
  4. Add the cooked tempura chunks and the sweet n sour sauce.
  5. Toss through for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve with rice and sliced scallions.
